Prices and availability
The prices refer to a weekly rental. The house is usually rented from Saturday to Saturday. The price includes all additional costs such as bed linen, towels, air conditioning and pool heating.

Information
The prices refer to a weekly rental. The house is usually rented from Saturday to Saturday.
The price includes all additional costs such as bed linen, towels, air conditioning and pool heating. A cleaning fee of €200 is charged per stay. We accept cats and small dogs for an extra charge of €15 per stay. As we are officially classified, the tourist tax is only €2.16/adult per night.
Payment can be made conveniently by bank transfer.
A reservation confirmation will be sent after a deposit of 30% of the booking price.
Cancellation conditions:
If you cancel up to 49 days before your arrival, we will refund 100% of your deposit.
In the period from 48 days to 30 days before the start of the rental period, we will refund 70% of the rental price.
From 29 to 21 days before the start of the rental period, we will refund 40% of the rental price.
From 20 days before the start of the rental period, we will retain 90% of the rental price.
