Information
The prices refer to a weekly rental. The house is usually rented from Saturday to Saturday.
The price includes utilities such as air conditioning and pool heating. The linen package is €25 per person, per stay. It includes bed linen, two towels and a beach towel. A cleaning fee of €200 is charged per stay. We accept cats and small dogs for an extra charge of €50 per stay. As we are officially classified, the tourist tax is only €2.16/adult per night.
Payment can be made conveniently by bank transfer.
A reservation confirmation will be sent after a deposit of 30% of the booking price.
Cancellation conditions:
If you cancel up to 49 days before your arrival, we will refund 100% of your deposit.
From 48 days to 30 days before the start of the rental period, we will refund 70% of the rental price.
From 29 to 21 days before the start of the rental period, we will refund 40% of the rental price.
From 20 days before the start of the rental period, we will retain 90% of the rental price
